Effects of Teen Depression
When someone is depressed, they tend to act different. They seem like they just don't care about anything, or feels ugly all the time etc. When teenagers are depressed, the number one way they cope with depression is self harming. Self-Harming means the teenager either does the following: cutting themselves, burning themselves, starving themselves, alcohol/drug abuse and even purging (which means vomiting up their food, after they eat). Depressed teenagers, also tend to isolate themselves from other people. They like to be alone all the time. Those are the common effects of Teenage depression.
