Hello, loveees! It's Alyssa. Alright, so a huge problem lately is a person's self image. You're ALL beautiful!! Just because you may not be what society thinks is beautiful, doesn't mean you're not. Someone, somewhere in this world will find you absolutely perfect. I know you may look in the mirror, and see a million different things that you hate, but what you hate, someone else will love! The most commonly used words people use when referring to their self image are ugly and fat. Nobody's ugly! NOBODY. Just because you don't have "flawless skin" or hair that looks like a "flowing waterfall", doesn't mean you're not beautiful. Not everyone has a gorgeous face. Only the celebrities do because they use tons of airbrush. But there's definitely something about you that's beautiful. It could be your exquisite drawing skills or your angelic singing voice. There is definitely something beautiful about you. If not your appearance, then something about you on the inside. Having a pretty face isn't the only part of being beautiful. If you're frigid on the inside, then people will forget about your looks and think you're ugly because of your sour attitude. And fat. Fat is not something to really worry about. A number on the scale doesn't determine if you're beautiful or if you're a good person. A number isn't going to do anything for you in life. The most beautiful girls can be a bit overweight. I mean, look at Adele. She's not the skinniest woman out there, and she's gorgeous and has a magnificent voice. Just always remember, your beautiful in your way, cuz you were born this way! Always look at yourself in a positive way. When you're feeling unattractive or down, just take a look in your mirror and point out every beautiful thing about you. Trust me, you're going to notice a lot of nice things about yourself that you normally wouldn't notice. You're beautiful. Don't ever change.

Hey guys! Alyssa here! Today I'm going to talk about labels. Alright, so being labeled isn't always a bad thing. For example, guys who like other guys label themselves gay. Girls who like other girls label themselves lesbian. People who like both genders label themselves bisexual. You are able to label yourself anything that you feel you are. For example, gay, lesbian, bisexual, goth, emo, girly, punk, etc.. But then there comes a bad part to labeling. People label others things without knowing if a person really even fits that label. They just label people based on assumptions. For example, just because a boy walks a certain way, hangs out with mostly girls, and has a higher voice, they label him "gay". Unless that boy specifically stated that he's interested in men, you have no right whatsoever to call him gay. People also label others hurtful words such as fat, ugly, and stupid. Just because another person calls you these words, doesn't mean you are. Don't take it to heart. I understand that it hurts, but the only thing that matters is how you view yourself. But to the people, who are calling others these hurtful words.. That person you called ugly, is beautiful to someone else. That person you called fat, may have a slower thyroid. That person you called stupid, may have a learning disability. Watch your words. Before you label someone, think about the affect it can have on them.

Being Gay Is Okay! ✔ Watch this! <3
Hello, darlings! Today I'm going to talk to you about suicide. Do everyone around you a favor and DON'T commit. I know sometimes it seems like nobody cares, but they do. I know it also may seem as if it will never end, it will and you need to be here to see things get better. Things will change for the better and we all need you here to enjoy life with us. It may seem like suicide is the only way out, but it isn't. Not at all. There's always people to help you and there's always healthy ways to cope. Don't give up. You're stronger than that. There are so many people in this world who would be devastated if you died. For example, your parents. I understand sometimes you may hate them and want nothing to do with them, but no matter what, they will love you unconditionally. Even your pets need you. Without you, they wouldn't get the proper love and care that they need. Take a moment and think about your future. Your dream job, your marriage, your children, etc... I know these are things that seem so far away, but before you know it, they'll be here. Don't you want to fulfill all of your dreams? Don't you want to have that amazing job you always wanted? If you give up, you'll never get to have had that career. Don't you want to have that magical wedding with the person of your dreams you always had imagined? If you give up, that person who was meant to be with you, won't end up with the right person. Don't you want to become a parent and take care off a little baby? If you give up, a little baby that was meant for you to help bring into this world, will never be born. These are all things you need to think about. If you give up so fast, you'll never get to live the life you were given. Life is a gift and you deserve to enjoy it. Bad things happen, I know. But if you give up right away, you won't be able to live for all of the good things to come. Nothing will be the same without you. I know you may not believe it, but you, yes you, make a huge difference in this world. Believe it or not, but you are the reason for someone's happiness. Do you want someone who cares about you to be absolutely devastated when you're gone? Someone once told me that if I ever committed, they were going with me. That's a huge reason why I will never ever do it. I don't want someone I love to suffer just because I couldn't handle a situation. Things get better. I promise. It may take a while for them to get better, but they will! In the mean time, while things are tough, do things to make yourself forget about all of your problems, hang out with friends, listen to inspirational music (Such as Born This Way & Skyscraper. If you need any inspirational music, you can look in our playlist.), etc. You need to stick it out. Things do get rough, but don't worry. There are people to help you through it. That's why I'm here! Just remember, think about your future, think about the people who care about you. Would you want to risk all of that just because of a tough situation? Try to be happy during bad times. Have an optimistic attitude. You will get through it! Stay strong. The world NEEDS YOU here. <3

Love,

Hello Beauties! It's Alyssa! I wanted to talk about self harming. It seems to be a really huge fad with teens lately. For those who don't know, self harming is cutting, burning, starving yourself, etc.. To be honest, I don't think it's the right way to cope with depression. There are other ways. Self harming can kill you if you make the slightest incision in the wrong place. Also, self harming becomes an addiction. It's extremely hard to stop. Sometimes people get so addicted, that they never stop. You don't want that to be you. You want to overcome your issues and live a happy life. In some cases, a self harming addiction, can become even more severe than a drug addiction (Not that drugs are any better). Other ways teens cope with depression is drugs & alcohol abuse. These are also ways of self harm. When taking part in those activities, you're practically killing your body. Cutting, burning, starving, drugs, and alcohol are all unhealthy ways of coping. You should never start any of these things because they become an addiction. Good ways of coping can be talking to a trustworthy friend about it, finding things that make you happy, etc.. A way that I've coped with depression is every time I was sad, I would watch one of Lady Gaga's inspirational interviews, watch a performance, or listen to one of her happy songs. It's always helped. You need to find something like that to cope instead of self harming. If you ever feel like you want to self harm, message us & either Kim or myself will get back to you as soon as possible. Stay strong. Self harming may seem like it's helping, but it's not. It's only making you more depressed. Just so you know, once you become addicted to self harming, you end up wanting to hurt yourself even when nothing has gone wrong. You have a beautiful body & it would be such a shame if you ruined it all because of a problem you're having. There's a healthy way of coping with everything. It would be stupid to form a permanent addiction due to a temporary problem.

*Fun Fact* The inspirational celebrities, Lady Gaga & Demi Lovato, both have self harmed in their past. If these beautiful people can stop, so can you! <3
